If the phone is still under warrantee please take it to your nearest MTC Mobile Home. |

| I have free minutes but can only phone to MTC numbers, what could be the problem? |

Its because the free minutes you are using now are the ON NET minutes that are restricted to MTC to MTC calls only |

| How do I change my relevant contact details, inclusive of my banking details? |

The following documents are required; a written request with the new details Copy of your ID Copy of a cancelled cheque or back & front bank card. We will forward it to the contract department; the change will be affect on the next bill cycle. |

Cellphone number changes can be done at any MTC Mobilehome or dealer, at the cost of N$60. |

| How much is an MTC Golden Number? |

Golden numbers are obtainable at any MTC Mobilehome at the cost of N$1000. |

| How much is the charged per minute? |
Your tariff charge depends on the on the contract you have taken out with us. What package are you on or may I have your cell phone number in order for me to advice you. |

Please send an sms with your name and surname , type of phone you are using to 1252 You will receive an sms back with your email password, username , outgoing and incoming service , please go to email settings under messages on the phone and enter the information you received and save them |

| Can you please reset my voicemail pin, I forgot it? |

Your voicemail pin is confidential therefore it is not obtainable over the phone. Please visit your nearest MTC mobile home or MTC registered dealer with your id and proof of ownership of the number, and your pin will be reset free of charge. |

| I blocked my card; please give me the PUK number? |

PUK is a security code therefore it is not obtainable over the phone. Please visit your nearest MTC mobile home or dealer with your identification and proof of ownership of the number, were you will be provided your PUK codes. This is a security code and is not provided via the Contact Centre. |

You qualify for free minutes on National Calls any time of the day, which is already included in your monthly subscription. Another major benefit is the free cellular phone that is included in the rateplans.

| What will happen if my phone is faulty after two months? |
|
You have a 1-year warranty on your phone. You can return it to MTC and we will provide you with a loan phone while we are repairing your phone. |

We guarantee after sales service and maintenance on faulty handsets within the 1-year warranty period. |

| Will my free minutes be carried over after each month-end? |
|
Free minutes are valid for 90 days and can be carried over to a maximum of three months. |

| Will I get a new phone after each contract renewal? |
|
Yes, MTC will require you to renew your initial contract after the contract period expires. Upon renewal you qualify for a new phone again |
