What is Fusion?
• It is a Hybrid product. A combination of Post-paid (Connect) and Prepaid (Tango).
• The Post-paid benefit lies in the fact that you get a handset in exchange for committing to a 24-month contract with MTC
• The Prepaid benefit lies in the fact that you recharge with Tango airtime cards.
• You will receive your free SMS messages when recharging with Tango vouchers.
• There is NO monthly billing. It is a Prepaid product with the commitment from the customer for 24 months.
• The same credit vetting process is applicable as to what we is in place for Post-paid.

How do I pay my monthly service fee?
• The Monthly Service fee will be deducted automatically every 30 days.
• There are two products available, namely; Fusion 39 and Fusion 59
• There is a minimum recharge amount applicable per month, depending on the product.
• The reason that the minimum recharge is higher than themonthly service fee, is due to the fact that the monthly service fee is excluding VAT, whereas recharges include VAT.
