Cut a long story short!
Tango’s fast talking, call option. Charging is done on a per second basis. When you talk for 5 seconds, you only pay for 5 seconds. Which means when you say less, you pay less.
The service, allows Tango customers to choose between Per Minute and Per Second charging. The tariff for Per Second charging has been set at N$0.06 for mobile to mobile and mobile to fixed destinations all day long. The rates charged for mobile to neighbouring countries and from mobile to international destinations are the same as the normal Tango rates (see table below).
Tango customers simply need to dial 134 from their cellphone and follow the easy instructions to switch between Per Minute and Per Second charging. Please note that a migration fee of N$5.00 may be charged every time you switch between the various options.
All other national calls i.e. calls to Namibian Telecom numbers and Cell One are rates at N$2.50 per minute.
Air time transfer: Send and receive Tango airtime via SMS (free of charge) from one Tango customer to another for FREE. HOW:
SMS the amount of money you wish to transfer and the cellphone number of the person who will receive the airtime to 137, e.g., 10#0812434390 (Minimum transfer of N$5). Free smses are not transferrable.
