PUK is a security code therefore it is not obtainable over the phone. Please visit your nearest MTC mobile home or dealer with your identification and proof of ownership of the number, were you will be provided your PUK codes at a charge of N$30. What is my cellphone security code?

Select Messages Select create or new message Enter the amount you want to send/transfer followed by a hash key and then enter the Tango cell phone number to which you want to send the air time. Send message to 137 You will receive a verification SMS from 124 confirming if the transaction is correct. If correct reply to 124 with a “Yes” (capital Y) and the transaction will be completed If incorrect reply to 124 with “No” (Capital N) and the transaction will be cancelled.
