the transfer of all copyright, intellectual, audio, and visual material
associated with the Namibian Annual Music Awards to the Ministry of Education,
Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts and Culture (MEIYSAC), marking a significant
milestone in the continued evolution of the prestigious initiative.
